    I’ve been going to pampered palate for 8 years now. With the old owners, I was going every weekend. I loved the food, the atmosphere, and the owners themselves. With the new owners, I’ve been very disappointed with how things are run and changed. The atmosphere is different, they got rid of the deluxe cheesecakes, and they skim on the meat. I’ve asked them to remake my sandwich on three occasions due to the last offense. The male owner who makes them always gets defensive about everything is always the same. No sir. It’s not. Take the feedback, remake the sandwich, and put more meat on going forward. Don’t give me lip about it. It’s a shame. But I don’t think I will be coming back.

    Adorable cafe with a super friendly staff. I live downtown and have visited many times, but I feel like it keeps getting better! Feed me the hot herb dip all day...

    Awesome place to visit! The food is great and there’s a lot of options. The staff is also very friendly and nice.

    Stopped here a few weekends ago for lunch. Their menu is like 8 pages, with a huge variety of sandwiches, salads, wraps, and desserts. Portion sizes are good, and the home baked breads they use is excellent. The place was packed because it's so popular, but the service was fast and friendly.

    Selections on menu are delicious , varied and reasonably priced. Pleasant, clean dining areas, great service. Downtown location with city parking within walking distance.
